Promoting the younger generation
PRECI-DIP has always nurtured its role in promoting the younger generation so they may be properly equipped to meet the needs of the market.
Every year, we actively participate in training and helping young apprentices and students.
Apprenticeship
We currently have trainees in our engineering and administrative departments. In the care of our different senior employees we ensure the best training and acquisition of knowledge that allows our apprentices to have the tools necessary for the current market needs.
Internship
We also offer to school students the possibility to conduct an internship of 3 days or more so they may have a taste of the job market and of potential carrier path they may want to take.
All requests for internships of a longer period will also be examined.
Re-integration to the job market
PRECI-DIP SA is mindful about people who have to reenter the job market after an accident or a long furlough. In relation with the institution concerned, we help those who seek to acquire new skills by providing them an internship.
Student diploma
We also offer students from different schools and institutions access to our company data and knowledge base for the completion of their final diploma (bachelor or master).
